    If you're between sizes definitely

    "If you're between sizes definitely go up. The socks are comfortable around the heel and top of foot and do not slide down the calf. They are comfortable although the toe box is quite small. Colours fade quickly and I'm not sure of the durability. I bought two pairs and one set already has holes on top of the toes after a few runs."
